Cancellation and Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

Platform subscriptions (digital service)

For PrintFlow TR's own subscription plans (Pro, Pro Plus, 3D Designer and credit packages) the service is digital and is performed immediately upon payment approval. Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed immediately in electronic form; the BUYER gives explicit consent to such immediate performance when ordering.

Subscription cancellation is made from the dashboard and takes effect at the end of the current period. The fee for the cancelled period is not refunded; the service continues until the end of the period. If the service cannot be provided at all due to a technical failure, the BUYER may request a refund.

Details are set out in the “Distance Sales Agreement (Platform Subscription)”, “Service Agreement” and “Preliminary Information Form (Platform Subscription)”. Sections 1-5 below relate to physical products and services sold by the producer/designer.

1. Withdrawal period

For a standard (ready-made) product, the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. The withdrawal notice can be submitted via the product page, the order tracking link or email.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products/services:

• Goods specially produced in line with the buyer's requests or personal needs (custom-made).
• Custom orders where the buyer's own file (model/build) has been put into print and production has started.
• Goods that cannot be returned by their nature, are single-use, or are not suitable for hygiene reasons.
• Digital content and services performed immediately (delivery of a design file), after performance.

3. Cancellation

Orders for which production has not started may be cancelled with the producer's approval and the payment is refunded. For custom orders already in production, cancellation may not be possible; this is stated in the order confirmation.

4. Return process and refund

For returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, upon notice the product is sent back by carrier; after inspection, the payment is refunded in line with the payment method (via bank transfer/EFT or the producer's payment link) within 14 days at the latest.

For defective (faulty/incorrect) products the shipping cost is borne by the seller; for returns under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost is assessed within the legal framework.
