Customer Information Notice

1. Who owns this page?

The page where you create your request belongs to an independent 3D printing producer using the PrintFlow TR platform. Brand, products, prices and working conditions are determined by this producer.

2. Role of the platform

PrintFlow TR is a service provider that supplies software for the producer to publish a quote page and store, receive your request and manage the process. The platform is not a seller, producer or a party to the sale; it does not produce or ship products. Payment is made directly between the producer and you (bank transfer/EFT or the producer's own payment link); the platform does not receive payments, does not hold funds and is not a party to the payment.

3. Your request and your data

The form information and model file (STL) you submit are forwarded only to the relevant producer and used to run the quote/order process. See the KVKK Disclosure Notice for details about the processing of your personal data.

4. Contract

Acceptance of your submitted quote concludes a sales contract between you and the producer. Sales documents such as invoices/e-archive are issued by the producer; returns, warranty, shipping and product disputes are resolved with the producer.

Software Infrastructure and Disclaimer

Platform's Role. PrintFlow TR is a service provider that supplies software infrastructure (SaaS) enabling makers and designers to run their own branded digital store and manage requests, quotes and orders. The platform does not produce, sell or price products and is not a party to the sale. It does not receive payments for product prices, does not hold funds and is not a party to the payment process; the platform only collects the fees of its own subscription plans through its own virtual POS/payment infrastructure.

Payments and Liability. Payment is made exclusively directly between the producer (seller) and the customer (buyer). All legal, commercial and financial responsibility relating to a sale — including production, quality, delivery, returns and tax obligations — lies between the producer and the customer. The platform provides the software service 'as is'; its liability is limited to direct damages arising from its own fault and to the subscription fee.
